I'm not sure why but I was so emotional yesterday, I was giving Lily and "Guria" hugs and kisses last night at bedtime and I was thinking when she wakes up tommorow she'll be three, just like that! It seems like only yesterday we were bringing her home from the hospital trying to adjust to being a family of 4. Oh, and by the way about 3 mos ago we adopted Gloria also known as "Guria" from Madagascar from our friend Ginny, who was only too glad to see her get a new home. Gloria is about 3x the size of Lily and she watches T.V with her, sleeps with her, wears Lily's bracelets and sometimes sports one of her headbands, plays outside, gets nursing attention from her such as band aids, neosporin, etc, and sometimes has meals with her and now Lily has insisted that each family member give Gloria a kiss and hug at bedtime as well. She would take her in the car when we leave the house, but she barely fits in between the girls seats. This really upsets her, so we tell her Gloria is staying home taking a rest.
