The ballet was fabulous! It was definitely too long for me,(almost 3 hrs!) but it went really well! Anna did a fab job and seemed to remember everything perfectly! We had a slight mishap as far as ballet slippers go, someone accidentally swiped one of hers at rehersal saturday. So, she ended up wearing one of 
hers and one borrowed from the studio. I was all freaked out thinking she might not dance as well in a borrowed shoe, but it was fine of course! I was super nervous for her, seeing her on the stage was more exciting than I can even put into words. I had butterflies! Thanks to all the friends and family who came to see her and support her! We really appreciated having you there!
She actually had another costume too, but it was kind of ugly and I'm not sure if I even got any pics of her in it, if I did I'll post them later. I know the lipstick was a little much, but I swear the people backstage touched it up after we left! Enjoy the cuteness!

As director of a ballet school who just tripped across your "blog" while looking for ideas for our upcoming production....it is very heartwarming to read of your excitement over your daughter's performance...I only hope my students parents are as thrilled as you! Thanks for sharing.
